We have always received excellent service from Albany Cleaning Solutions, they are very professional and all the staff friendly.

Cleaning is always to a very high standard and we have never had a clean missed.

We have had Albany as our cleaning company since before I arrived four years ago. I have always found them to be excellent. The staff we have are extremely thorough, have built very good relationships with myself and the rest of the staff and are very flexible.

When we have parents evenings, they change their times to come in later after the parents evenings have finished, we have very regular deep cleans during holidays and staff are always covered if they are absent for any reason.

They work around our teachers and our after school clubs and liaise closely with myself and our caretaker. From previous experience of some very unsatisfactory or mediocre school cleaning companies, I would highly recommend Albany for their professionalism and thorough approach to our cleaning contract.

Albany commenced provision of contract cleaning, on our site, in October last year; they had been recommended to us by a neighbouring tenant. During the set up stage, I found Karen and Mick (the Company Directors) very attentive and approachable, and generally easy to do business with. Their flexible approach was such that they were able to mobilise as soon as we were in a position to be able to enter into contract with them, which says a lot about their ability to quickly recruit for business growth.

The Company is very responsive in every facet and as for the service itself, this can only be described as excellent. Not one shift has been missed, and any planned or unplanned absence is covered from their existing staff pool. If there is ever any exceptional activity on site, then Albany can easily tweak the schedules to accommodate us.

The cleaning staff, themselves, clearly not only enjoy their work, but display a pride in it and consistently demonstrate an appreciation and respect for the company and its directors, as an employer.
